We are seeking an Industrial Automation Trainer to transform ITI and Diploma graduates into PLC Machinery Troubleshooting Experts.
This role goes is needs teaching; bridging the gap between basic technical education and immediate industry absorption.
You will be responsible for executing a hands-on, multi-phase industrial automation training program that empowers students to confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain modern plant machinery.
You would be an initial trainer for our Center of Excellence skill development institute with opportunity for rapid growth.
Core Responsibilities
Deliver intensive, practical training focusing on PLC, HMI, and SCADA technologies to simulate real-world industrial environments.
Mentor students in navigating, understanding, and troubleshooting complex electrical control circuits and schematics.
Develop and execute practical fault-finding exercises on plant machinery to build rapid, on-the-job diagnostic skills.
Translate complex engineering concepts into accessible,
easy-to-understand technical modules tailored specifically for ITI and Diploma cohorts.
Technical & Professional Qualifications
Education: Polytechnic or EEE Engineering graduate, NTTF certification will be added advantage
Industry Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Plant and Machinery Engineering or a core Maintenance Department.
Hardware Proficiency: Proven track record of working with and troubleshooting leading PLC systems;
Electrical Mastery: Practical knowledge of electrical control circuit design, operational mechanics, and rigorous fault isolation.
Mentorship: Knowledge-sharing skills with a solid, genuine willingness to instruct and uplift junior technicians.
Language Skills: Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Kannada, Telugu knowledge is an added advantage And good English communication skills.
Location: Located in or willing and able to relocate to Kolar District.
