We are looking for an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Surat
This is a pure recruitment role where you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process for Soft Line Staff positions — from sourcing candidates to pre-boarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial/telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with the respective hiring panel.
- Regularly follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer discussions and salary negotiations.
- Complete the candidate pre-boarding process.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and daily hiring reports.
- Work towards closing positions within the defined TAT.
- Maintain positive communication and a positive candidate experience.
- What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in HR,
Business Administration or a related field.
- 6+ months of hands-on recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with candidates and handling follow-ups.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Experience using recruitment portals and social media for hiring.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge or interest in Employer Branding will be an added advantage
