About the ProcessThis is a Google Paid Advertisement Project (Goldie Process), where Business Development Managers will work on onboarding assigned SME and merchant leads onto Google Ads platform.

The primary objective is to help businesses improve their online visibility on Google Maps and generate new customers through paid advertising solutions. Each merchant will start with an initial advertising budget of ₹5,000.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned SME and merchant leads for onboarding onto Google Ads.
- Explain the benefits of Google Ads and digital business visibility to clients.
- Handle complete onboarding process including documentation, account creation, and ad activation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention and long-term business growth.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets assigned by the management.
- Coordinate with internal support teams for campaign setup and issue resolution.




- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Candidate ProfileExperience in Corporate Sales or B2B Business Development.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable with field sales and direct client meetings.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising platforms.
- Ability to explain digital concepts in a straightforward and effective manner.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented professional.
