We are looking for energetic, target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our sales team. You will talk to customers over the phone, explain our products/services, and convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers.
Explain product/service features, advantages, and offers clearly in English.
Follow up regularly, and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of calls and customer details in CRM / Excel.
Cross-sell and up-sell products where relevant.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to improve conversion rate.
Strong communication, convincing skills, and comfortable talking on the phone all day.
