? Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support our Attendance Management Software. The role involves software installation, bug troubleshooting, and providing technical support related to SQL Server, IIS, APIs, and networking. The candidate should be hands-on, analytical, and customer-focused.

? Key Responsibilities

?️ Technical Support

Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues

Handle customer issues via calls, emails, and remote support tools

Install, configure, and support attendance software, applications, and devices

Identify and resolve installation and runtime bugs

Work with SQL Server (database setup, basic queries, backup & restore)

Configure and manage IIS hosting, websites, and application pools

Analyze application logs,



SQL errors, and API responses

Test and verify REST APIs using tools like Postman

Coordinate with the development team for advanced technical issues

Maintain support tickets, reports, and documentation

? Installation & Setup

Install and configure BioMax biometric attendance and access control systems at customer sites

Provide on-site and remote installation support when required

? Required Skills

Basic to valuable knowledge of Windows / Linux OS

Understanding of Networking concepts (IP Address, Port, LAN/WAN, Firewall)

Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP methods, and status codes

Experience with Postman or API testing tools

Working knowledge of SQL Server

Familiarity with IIS configuration and deployment

Good communication, troubleshooting, and customer-handling skills

? Qualification

BSc IT / BSc Cyber Security

BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)

Diploma in Computer Engineering
