About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in selecting the right courses based on their career goals, interests, and skills.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and working professionals about available training programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, syllabus, duration, fees, batches, and career opportunities.
- Handle enquiries and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Convert leads into course admissions through effective communication and counselling.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team when required.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with students.




- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling abilities.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable speaking with students and working professionals over the phone.
- QualificationAny Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
- Experience in Education Counselling, EdTech, Training Institutes, Telecalling, or Sales is an added advantage.
