Job Summary

We are looking for Telemarketing Executives to promote our real-estate projects, connect with prospective customers, generate qualified leads, and convert enquiries into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers.
- Explain real-estate projects, locations, plot sizes, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Understand customers’ investment requirements and budget.
- Generate and qualify genuine property leads.
- Convince interested customers to visit the project site.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain complete details of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives and Sales Managers for successful conversions.
- Follow up with customers until booking/allotment.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Submit daily performance reports to the Team Leader/Sales Manager.

Key Performance Targets

- Daily outbound calls.

- Regular follow-ups with hot and warm leads.
- Site-visit generation.
- Booking/allotment conversions.
- Achievement of monthly sales targets.

Skills Required

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Telugu and English communication required.
- Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Customer-handling ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer, CRM and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Real-estate telecalling experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience.

Working Hours

Morning: 9:45 AM – 1:30 PM

Afternoon: 2:15 PM – 6:30 PM

Tea Break: 4:30 PM
