- Generate leads through market visits, references, cold calling, and networking.
- Visit corporate offices, commercial establishments, institutions, dealers, architects and interior designers.
- Develop recent dealer and distributor relationships.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- B. Customer ManagementUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for pricing and product details.
- Follow up regularly on quotations, samples, orders and payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate for resolution of complaints.
- C. Market DevelopmentRegularly visit the assigned market and identify new business opportunities.
- Study competitor products, pricing and market activities.
- Collect information about upcoming projects and furniture requirements.
- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and project consultants.
- Identify government, institutional and corporate opportunities wherever applicable.
- D. Sales Follow-upMaintain a daily record of leads and customer visits.
- Follow up on all pending quotations and enquiries.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts teams until order completion and payment collection.
