Historia Hotel & Spa, Udaipur is looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and professional candidate to join our Accounts Department .

We are hiring for:

Account Executive

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Industry: Hotel / Hospitality

Department: Accounts & Finance

Experience Required:

• 1 – 2 Years of relevant experience in Accounts / Finance

• Experience in hotel accounting or hospitality industry will be preferred

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Depending on knowledge & experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the hotel. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting procedures, strong numerical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and financial documentation

2. Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, invoices and payments

3. Handle billing, receivables, payables and account reconciliations

4. Verify invoices,



bills and supporting documents for accuracy

5. Assist with daily revenue and collection reconciliation

6. Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Stores and other departments for financial documentation

7. Maintain proper records of vendor and supplier transactions

8. Prepare regular accounting reports and MIS as required

9. Assist in month-end closing and audit-related activities

10. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
