Sr. Manager – Accounts Qualifications: CA / Semi‑CA / ICWA Responsibilities: Finalize accounts and monthly closures, ensuring provisions are included. Prepare balance sheets with notes and schedules for a listed company. Apply knowledge of IND‑AS (Indian Accounting Standards). Use finance ratios and industry benchmarks for analysis. Prepare board/shareholder presentations on financial reporting. Independently handle all audits (statutory, tax, internal, bank, cost, special). Reconcile receivables and payables with customers/vendors. Prepare projected financials for investors and bankers.
