Project Manager – Client Relations | Interior Design Company: Cane & Clay Location: Gurgaon Salary: Up to ₹70,000/month Working Days: 6 days a week Job Type: Full-time Travel: Domestic & International, as required About the Role Cane & Clay is looking for a Project Manager – Client Relations who can manage interior projects and act as a key point of communication between clients, designers, vendors and site teams. We are looking for someone with a basic understanding of interiors and design drawings, along with strong client communication and project coordination skills. Key Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate ongoing interior design projects. * Communicate with clients regularly and keep them updated on project progress. * Understand client requirements and coordinate with designers and execution teams. * Take regular updates from designers, vendors, contractors and site teams. * Track project timelines, approvals, pending work and deliverables. * Coordinate client meetings, design discussions, site visits and approvals. * Handle client concerns professionally and coordinate internally for solutions. * Visit project sites and keep track of execution and progress. * Coordinate with vendors for materials, furniture and other project requirements.



* Share regular project updates with management. * Be comfortable with domestic and international travel when required. * Take ownership of additional project, client and operational responsibilities when needed. Skills & Knowledge * Basic understanding of interior design, furniture, materials and site execution. * Ability to understand floor plans, layouts, dimensions and design drawings. * Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and Canva. * Strong client communication and presentation skills. * Good project coordination, follow-up and time-management skills. * Comfortable communicating with clients, designers, vendors and contractors. * Organized and capable of handling multiple projects at the same time. * Comfortable with site visits and travelling. * Adaptable and willing to take up different responsibilities when required. Previous experience in interior design, architecture, furniture, fit-outs, construction, real estate or a related industry will be preferred. Please note: This is primarily a Project Management & Client Relations role, not a designer position. Basic knowledge of design tools is required to understand the work and coordinate effectively with clients and the design team.
