DESCRIPTION Location : Pune Mode : Work from Office Shift: 24×7 Rotational (including night shifts) Experience: 2 Years Role Objective Provide round-the-clock monitoring and first-level support for IT Disaster Recovery systems to ensure adherence to RPO/RTO targets, prompt incident response, and continuous DR readiness through defined runbooks and automation. Key Responsibilities · Monitor RPO/RTO dashboards, replication health, backup status, and DR alerts on a 24×7 basis · Proactively identify and report replication lag, failures, or DR-related anomalies · Log and manage DR incidents and alerts in ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent) · Execute first-level troubleshooting as per SOPs and automation runbooks · Coordinate with L2/L3 teams (Infra, Network, Storage, Application) for resolution · Perform shift handover, update logs,
and maintain incident tracking · Support scheduled DR drills and validation activities · Ensure evidence collection for audit and compliance requirements · Regular DR readiness activities and reporting · Prepare MIS & Reporting Technical Skills (Mandatory) · Basic understanding of DR concepts (RPO, RTO, DR drills) · Exposure to monitoring tools (infra / application / DR dashboards) · Experience with ITSM tools (Incident & Change Management) · Basic knowledge of Windows / Linux environments Good to Have · Awareness of DR tools (Zerto, SRM, ASR, Veeam, NativeCloud DR) · Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) Behavioural Skills · Solid communication & documentation skills · Willingness to work in rotational shifts · Alertness, discipline, and escalation mindset
