Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales & business development plans Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, capital sales, negotiations & closing Build strong relationships with automotive and industrial customers Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities Manage sales budgets, action plans, P&L;, and profitability Support marketing activities, exhibitions,
