Role Purpose
The Partner Growth Executive will be responsible for activating and driving business through newly onboarded and existing partners .
The key objective is to convert onboarded partners into active, productive and revenue-generating partners .
Key Responsibilities
- Activate newly onboarded partners and drive their first lead, site visit and booking .
- Manage and improve productivity of existing channel partners.
- Generate qualified leads through partners and drive them towards site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with partners on active opportunities.
- Coordinate with CP's for visits, negotiations and deal closures.
- Identify and reactivate inactive or low-performing partners.
- Promote relevant NK projects, inventory, offers and updates to partners.
- Track partner-wise leads, visits, bookings and revenue.
- Monitor partner performance and take corrective actions to improve conversion.
- Regular feedback sharing with partners of their visits.
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in Channel Sales, Real Estate Sales preferred.
- Experience in managing channel partners/brokers and driving business through them will be preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closure ability.
- Ability to influence, engage and motivate partners.
- Good understanding of the real estate sales cycle and CRM.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
