Role Description The Communication Designer role at Meddia Maffia is an on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the Communication Designer develops visual concepts and communication strategies that align with client brand goals and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include designing visual assets for digital and print media, creating branding and corporate design materials, and ensuring consistency across all communication touchpoints. The Communication Designer collaborates with marketing, content,



and strategy teams to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives and supports client presentations with well-structured design deliverables. The role also involves staying current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output and brand impact.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Communication Design and Visual Communication to create clear, impactful messages across multiple channels.
- Experience in Branding and Corporate Design to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Proficiency in Graphics and layout design for digital, social media, and print applications.
- Ability to use industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent) efficiently.
- Solid understanding of marketing and digital media environments, with the ability to align design work to campaign strategies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative, concept-driven work and solid execution across branding and communication design projects.
