Responsible for managing end-to-end Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities, processing customer orders, resolving queries, handling returns/claims, and ensuring transactions are completed accurately within SLA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Order Management / O2C processes .
- Process and validate customer orders within defined SLA .
- Work on SAP and Salesforce for order/case management.
- Handle customer queries, returns, defective claims and chargebacks.
- Manage credit/debit memo activities and documentation.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain data accuracy.
- Identify and escalate order/process issues.
- Follow SOPs, quality and compliance requirements .
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
Mandatory Skills
- Order Management / O2C experience – Mandatory
- SAP experience – Mandatory
- Salesforce experience – Mandatory
- Valuable understanding of customer order processing
- Experience in returns, claims, chargebacks, or credit/debit memos
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Candidates without relevant Order Management/O2C + SAP experience will not be considered.
