Creddinv is an investment and startup ecosystem platform focused on connecting investors with high-potential startups while helping founders navigate capital, fundraising, and growth. We work closely with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and other investors to curate and facilitate access to early-stage investment opportunities.

Through Creddinv Launchpad , our startup incubation arm, we also work directly with founders across startup evaluation, business strategy, fundraising readiness, investor access, and growth. This gives our team exposure to both sides of the ecosystem investors looking for opportunities and founders building them.

Team members get hands-on exposure to venture investing, startup analysis, investor relations, fundraising, deal execution, and ecosystem building , working closely with founders, investors, and the leadership team.

Candidate Fit:

We are seeking a highly driven and analytically strong Management Trainee to join our

Investment & Launchpad (Incubation) team. This role sits at the intersection of capital

markets, venture investing, and startup ecosystem building, offering hands-on exposure to

investor engagement, early-stage startup evaluation, and incubation operations.

The ideal candidate combines sales orientation with financial acumen, and thrives in a

rapid-paced, high-impact environment working closely with investors, founders, and internal

leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investor Relationship Management & Sales

Build and manage HNI/UHNI/institutional investor relationships; drive outreach,

engagement, and conversions.



Pitch curated startup opportunities and support

end-to-end deal execution.

2. Client Engagement & Communication

Coordinate meetings, webinars, and updates; ensure consistent communication on

market trends, portfolio performance, and new opportunities.

3. Startup Evaluation & Due Diligence

Screen startups, conduct market and financial analysis, and support investment

memos while tracking KPIs and incubation progress.

4. Founder & Application Management

Manage inbound applications, coordinate with founders, and streamline evaluation,

documentation, and feedback processes.

5. Documentation & CRM Management

Maintain investment pipelines, startup databases, agreements, and CRM updates

while ensuring process compliance.

6. Market Research & Ecosystem Development

Track industry trends, source startups, and build relationships with incubators,

accelerators, and founder networks.

7. Revenue & Growth Support

Contribute to sales targets, investor acquisition, retention, and increased deal

participation.Qualifications & Skills

Education

- MBA (Finance/Strategy/Entrepreneurship) preferred
- Freshers with strong internships or 0–1 years of relevant experience

Core Competencies

- Strong understanding of financial markets, venture capital, and startup ecosystems
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate business models and financials
- High ownership, execution focus, and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
