Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals for GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals across GCC countries.

- Source Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, Medical Technicians, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and other healthcare staff.

- Use job portals, databases, references, social media, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements, qualifications, experience, licensing, and eligibility criteria.

- Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, selections, and client/agent interactions.

- Handle candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment and deployment process.

- Coordinate documentation, DataFlow, Prometric, healthcare licensing, medicals, and deployment formalities as applicable.

- Coordinate with internal documentation, operations, client, and overseas agent teams.

- Maintain and regularly update a database of qualified healthcare professionals.

- Achieve monthly recruitment, selection, offer, and joining targets.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate records, trackers, and regular follow-up reports.





- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future GCC requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment / International Recruitment.

- Experience in recruiting Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, Technicians, and Allied Healthcare Professionals.

- GCC or international healthcare recruitment experience will be preferred.

- Knowledge of GCC healthcare licensing and verification processes such as DataFlow, Prometric, MOH, DOH, DHA, and SCFHS will be an advantage.

- Experience working with manpower recruitment agencies will be preferred.

- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, follow-up, and coordination skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong candidate-handling and negotiation abilities.

- Target-oriented with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and requirements simultaneously.

- Good knowledge of recruitment portals, databases, MS Office, and recruitment tracking systems.
