Role Objective: Leading the project team stationed at different locations. Ensuring timely completion of the projects maintaining, high standard of quality within the given parameters & allocated budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management:

? Managing project activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution; involving finalization of technical

specifications, procurement, scheduling, site management & manpower planning.

? Tackling all commercial and contractual issues of the projects & amp; guiding subordinates

? Evaluating project, present cost/benefit analysis at project decision points, for construction of civil structures.

? Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective

resource utilization to maximize the output.

? Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress providing technical inputs to construction

methodology.

? Maintaining project records, ensuring safety, environmental management, and reporting to the client all information

during project implementation.

? Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction &

coordination with site management activities

? Reviewing the project time schedule, providing the project planner with updated activities due to site conditions and

variations

? Conducting site meetings at regular intervals to achieve preconceived time and financial ideas

Safety & Quality:





? Ensuring that materials are received in accordance with the quantity & quality

? Responsible for implementing the quality management plans at various project sites

? Analyzing safety measures and working conditions to ensure healthy environments and prevention of accidents

? Maintaining project records, ensuring safety, environmental management, and reporting to the client all information

during project implementation

Team management:

? Establish project related KRAs and individual KRAs for the team

? Monitor performance of respective team members & reviewing their KRA's

? Team building management and striving for excellence

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

? Self-motivated, able to act independently and manage several projects simultaneously

? Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively

? A keen strategist, analyst and planner with skills in conceptualizing and effecting process initiatives to implement the

execution plan for various executed projects.

? Excellent interpersonal, coordination and negotiations skills with customers, outside agencies and colleagues at all levels

? Possess robust communication, leadership and team building abilities.

Qualification & Work Experience:

? Diploma in Interior Designing & Decoration, B.Tech. / B.E / Diploma in Civil with 18+ years of relevant real estate experience in heading multiple projects of civil and

interior High end finishing work & fit out works. Having knowledge of MEP co ordination
