Production OSD: Fresher

- cGMP & Compliance Learning: Undergo intensive baseline training on current Valuable Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), shop-floor safety, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ALCOA+ data integrity guidelines.
- Unit Operations Orientation: Observe and learn hands-on manufacturing processes across Granulation (RMG/FBD), Compression, Capsule Filling, and Tablet Coating under direct supervision.
- BMR & Documentation Support: Learn to record real-time operational parameters, environmental conditions, and machine checks in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and equipment logbooks.
- Line Clearance Practices: Assist senior officers in executing step-by-step line clearance routines, equipment washing (Type A/B), and room handovers to prevent cross-contamination.
- In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Learn and perform basic IPQC tests, including tablet weight variation, thickness, hardness, friability, disintegration time (DT), and Loss on Drying (LOD).
- Material Movement & Staging: Help verify raw materials,



intermediate granules, and bulk product batch labels when staging materials between processing bays and IPC holding rooms.
- Cleanroom & Hygiene Discipline: Practice strict personal hygiene standards, proper cleanroom gowning procedures, and maintain workplace organization following 5S principles.
- QMS Familiarization: Learn the core concepts of shop-floor Quality Management Systems, including how deviations, incidents, CAPAs, and change controls are logged and managed.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Shadow section leads to understand communication channels between Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Engineering, and Warehouse departments.
- EHS & Safety Enforcement: Strictly follow factory Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines, wear mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE), and participate in routine safety drills.
