Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to join its S4 HANA Functional – Delivery team. The role focuses on end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors HR implementations, both greenfield and brownfield, acting as a subject‑matter expert to design, configure, and optimize solutions that meet complex client requirements while ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

Responsibilities

- Lead full‑cycle SAP SuccessFactors HR implementation projects (greenfield and brownfield).
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Configure core SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation).
- Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA and third‑party systems using middleware and APIs.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project teams.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for client stakeholders.
- Develop test scenarios, support UAT, and resolve post‑go‑live issues.




- Collaborate with delivery leads to ensure project timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
- Stay current with SAP roadmap, releases, and best practices; recommend enhancements.
- Prepare and present status reports, risk assessments, and solution documentation.

Qualifications

- 5–8 years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors HR modules.
- Proven track record of leading greenfield and brownfield implementations.
- Deep functional knowledge of HR processes and SAP S/4HANA integration.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (e.g., EC, Recruiting, Onboarding) preferred.
- Robust analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in delivering projects within the consulting delivery model.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field; Master’s a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
