We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Learning & Development Manager to join our team in Udaipur, India. - Design, develop, and facilitate a variety of training programs including onboarding, leadership development, skills enhancement, and specialized workshops to support organizational goals and employee development
- Execute a comprehensive onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and strong foundation for success; continuously update and improve onboarding processes based on feedback and organizational needs
- Conduct thorough needs assessments in collaboration with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training requirements; translate findings into actionable learning strategies
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all training activities,



participant information, and completion rates; analyze training data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI
- Support the development and coaching of departmental trainers, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across all training initiatives throughout the organization
- Oversee the administration of online learning management systems, including course assignments, progress monitoring, and completion tracking for mandatory and elective programs
- Partner with operational leaders to review job task checklists and training tools, ensuring they support effective departmental onboarding and skill development
- Collaborate with regional Learning & Development counterparts to align strategic direction, share best practices, and maintain consistency across the organization
- Support apprenticeship programs and educational assistance initiatives, fostering a culture of lifelong learning and professional growth
- Oversee the performance review program to ensure timely and thorough completion of probationary and annual reviews for all employees
- Contribute to broader People & Culture operations and organizational initiatives as assigned; demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt to evolving business needs
