Hiring — Executive Assistant (Project Based)

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Founder on a project basis. Please read carefully before applying: this is not a permanent or full-time position.

The role

This is an assignment-based engagement, activated as and when business travel is scheduled. You would travel alongside the Founder and provide full executive support for the duration of each trip.

What you would handle

– Calendar and diary management during travel

– Meeting scheduling and coordination across time zones

– Guest management and visitor planning

– Logistics and on-ground coordination

– Briefing packs and follow-ups

What we are looking for

– Prior experience supporting senior leadership, ideally at CXO level

– Comfortable with frequent international travel at short notice





– A valid passport with a solid travel history

– Excellent written and spoken English

– Discretion, judgement and composure under pressure

What is covered

All travel and accommodation are arranged and paid for by the company. Compensation is agreed per assignment.
