Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced Draughtsman to bridge the gap between design concepts and seamless on-site execution. The ideal candidate must possess 5+ years of core industry experience with absolute mastery over AutoCAD 2D and SketchUp. You will be responsible for translating complex premium design layouts into precise, structurally sound technical blueprints and 3D spatial models.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advanced 2D Drafting: Convert conceptual interior design layouts, moods, and rough sketches into highly accurate, detailed architectural and layout drawings using AutoCAD 2D.
- Millwork & Joinery Detailing: Design and draft intricate, production-ready construction details for bespoke furniture, wardrobes, wall paneling, and custom modular kitchens.
- Site & Vendor Coordination: Cross-check site measurements against drawings to eliminate spatial mismatches. Coordinate with contractors, structural vendors, and project managers to clarify design details on-ground.
- Standards & Quality Control:



Establish and maintain internal drawing standards, managing digital files, layer structures, and template updates for the design team.

Required Skills:

- Software Expertise: Advanced, industry-level proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (exceptional speed with shortcuts, blocks, and sheet structures) and SketchUp (clean grouping, component management, and layering).
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of interior designing materials, luxury hardware systems, carpentry joinery
- Analytical Ability: Ability to read and interpret complex architectural site plans with a sharp eye for spatial dimensions, details, and scaling.
- Work Management: Outstanding time management skills to handle multiple luxury projects simultaneously without compromising drawing quality.
