We are looking for a Production Support Analyst with experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) modules to support critical business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 production support for Oracle EBS AP & GL modules.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and process-related issues.
- Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, and transaction flows to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Support incident,
problem, and change management activities.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS AP and GL modules.
- Prior experience in production support, application support.
- Valuable understanding of financial processes, issue troubleshooting, and ticket management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a support environment with defined SLAs.
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS integrations, interfaces, and support processes.
