We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who can build partnerships with universities, colleges, and placement cells and onboard them onto EzUnihire, our platform connecting institutions with employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with universities, colleges & placement teams.
- Drive institution onboarding and registrations on EzUnihire.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Placement Officers, TPOs & university stakeholders.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations and demos.
- Travel to different cities and campuses as required.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and partnership targets.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, EdTech, SaaS or education partnerships.
- Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and meeting clients/institutions in person.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and confident in closing partnerships.
