We're looking for an Enterprise Key Account Manager who can farm, expand, and strengthen high-value accounts through consultative, insight-led engagement.
What You'll Own
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, Finance Heads, and enterprise stakeholders
- Understand client workflows and position CreditSea as a strategic partner
- Drive upsell and cross-sell through value-led conversations
- Create business cases, ROI narratives, and expansion proposals
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with data-backed insights
- Manage renewals, negotiations, and long-term account growth
- Turn satisfied customers into advocates and referral partners
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome); prior internship or work experience in strategy, business development, consulting, or fintech/BFSI is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and financial basics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with external stakeholders
- Working proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
