Role: Business Systems Analyst
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long term
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: Hybrid - Onsite 2 days a week in Hyderabad

Seeking a security compliance skilled to drive GRC, audit readiness, risk assessments, and security governance across the organization.

Must Have:
5+ years in Security Compliance, GRC, Information Security, Audit, or Risk Management
Strong NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS Controls experience
Security audit and audit evidence management
Risk assessments, control testing, gap analysis, and remediation
AWS & Azure security governance/compliance
Incident response and security controls knowledge
Security policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
Executive reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and stakeholder management

Nice to Have: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Archer, Power BI, AI compliance tools.
