Work Exp - 5–8 Years Experience in Sales Operations / Back Office, preferably in jewellery.

Job type - Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer onboarding, KYC and customer master data.
- Handle pricing inputs including diamond rates, labour charges, gold loss and other commercial parameters.
- Manage end-to-end sales orders from quotation to invoicing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, QC, Certification, Logistics and Finance teams.
- Track order TATs, delivery timelines and documentation accuracy.
- Lead the back-office team, allocate work and monitor productivity.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing,



billing and order processing.

Key Requirements

- 3–8 years of experience in Sales Operations / Back Office, preferably in jewellery.
- Robust understanding of diamonds, gold, jewellery costing and order processing.
- Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination.
- Good ERP/CRM skills;
jewellery ERP experience preferred.
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
