Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up with potential customer enquiries
- Understand customer requirements and explain our Architectural Design services
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads
- Coordinate with the architectural team for customer requirements
- Maintain lead and sales follow-up records
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers
