Responsibilities

- Responsible for setting and managing the business development strategy with P&L; responsibility.
- Develop business through a combination of methods that may include all or in part: research, lead generation, account mapping, networking and in‐person meetings with current clients.
- Responsible for managing independent sales and driving new business development.
- Responsible for building and maintaining sales funnel and presentations to senior level prospects within Enterprise Clients and MSPs who can influence and champion the addition of Global staffing / SOW / RPO / Payrolling vendors to their supplier vendor list.




- Direct selling to Enterprise Clients/MSP/VMS/VMO program management executives nationally and globally and responsible for end client contingent workforce program success.
- Responsible for understanding and identifying those Internally Managed/MSP/VMS programs where there is recurring monthly spend on a global level to support business rationale and strategy for pursuing specific end client programs.
- Responsible for preparing and presenting proposals, RFIs and RFPs.
- Training and handling a team.
- Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8 - 25 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
