The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and present coaching services to prospective clients. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up with prospects, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role involves collaborating with coaching staff to understand service offerings, tailoring proposals to client needs, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.



The Sales Executive is also expected to contribute to sales process improvements and support promotional campaigns as needed.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate coaching solutions.
Proficiency in remote communication tools (video conferencing, email, messaging platforms) and basic CRM or sales tracking software.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
Demonstrated track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition; experience in coaching, wellness, or fitness sectors is an advantage.
Comfort with setting and achieving performance targets and using data to guide sales efforts.
Professional, ethical approach to client relationships and commitment to a positive client experience.
Relevant education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
