Workday Integration Consultant

About the Role

Intuition IT is looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to join our Workday practice in India. You will design, build and support integrations between Workday and ServiceNow, working across complex client environments and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test and deploy integrations between Workday and ServiceNow
- Build integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS and Workday Web Services
- Develop ServiceNow integrations using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, import sets and transform maps
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding and other HR lifecycle processes
- Translate business requirements into secure and scalable integration solutions
- Manage data mapping, transformation, validation, error handling and reconciliation
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing production support
- Produce technical documentation, test scripts and operational handover materials
- Collaborate with HR, IT, security, identity management and client teams

Required Experience

- Strong hands-on experience building Workday integrations
- Practical experience developing integrations on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS and custom reports
- Knowledge of ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer,



import sets and transform maps
- Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT and JSON
- Understanding of Workday HCM data and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience with authentication and security methods, including OAuth 2.0 and certificates
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to take ownership of integrations from design through deployment and support

Desirable Experience

- Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Lifecycle Events
- Knowledge of identity and access management integrations
- Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services or similar middleware
- Workday Integration or ServiceNow certification
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
