Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Principal to lead an IGCSE school, drive academic excellence, develop a high-performing faculty, and ensure effective school operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic and academic leadership for the school.
- Drive effective implementation of the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
- Lead, mentor and develop teachers and academic leaders.
- Monitor academic performance, teaching quality and student outcomes.
- Ensure student well-being, safeguarding and discipline.
- Oversee day-to-day school operations and statutory compliance.
- Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community.




- Work with the management on school growth and strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Master's degree in Education or relevant discipline;
B.Ed. preferred.
- 1015+ years of experience in school education, including leadership experience.
- Prior experience as a Principal / Vice Principal / Head of School in an IGCSE/Cambridge school.
- Strong understanding of Cambridge curriculum and assessment.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and people-management abilities.
- Passion for progressive, learner-centric education.
