We offer professional consulting services in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, Urban Design, Landscape, Sustainability, Interiors, Research and Art. Our team of 450+ professionals provide services for projects in India and internationally. This is a full-time role for an Architect at Dehradun. The candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including Building Design, Stakeholder Consultation, Project Deliverables, Coordination with other disciplines/consultants and project management. They will interact with clients to understand their requirements, manage project timelines, and collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. Lead the conceptualization, design,



and delivery of large-scale architectural or urban design projects across various phases (from visioning to construction). Stay ahead of emerging trends in architecture, urbanism, policy, and technology to inform forward-thinking design approaches. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field. ~1-3 years of experience in architecture and/or urban design with a strong portfolio of built and visionary work. ~ Proficiency in relevant design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, AdobePhotoshop, MS Office, GIS, 3D visualization software). ~ Experience of working on Tender and GFC Drawings. ~ Deep understanding of zoning, planning codes, and policy frameworks. ~ Experience engaging with public agencies, community groups, and multi-disciplinary stakeholders. ~ Willing to travel to project locations for meetings.
