Role Description The Executive Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to senior leadership. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. The Executive Assistant will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, support preparation for meetings and events, and ensure executive priorities are effectively managed.



Candidates should possess solid Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to manage calendars, meetings, documents, and daily office operations. Candidates should possess experience in Expense Reports and Executive Support to handle reimbursements, budget tracking, and executive travel and logistics. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with stakeholders, draft professional correspondence, and support internal coordination. Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and email/calendar systems. Candidates should possess prior experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role; experience in logistics or a related industry is an advantage. Candidates should possess a relevant diploma or degree in business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
