We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing Admissions & Sales team. What You’ll Do * Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels. * Guide prospects through courses, counselling services, and admission processes. * Convert leads into paid counselling registrations and successful admissions. * Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture relationships to maximize conversions. * Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-up activities in CRM systems. * Collaborate with counselling, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless student experience. * Achieve monthly admission and sales targets. Who Can Apply?* Graduates from any stream.



* Candidates with Commerce backgrounds or those who have pursued CA, CMA, or CS (including dropouts) will be preferred. * 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Counselling, Customer Support, or related roles. * Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply. Prerequisites: Candidates are required to have their own laptop and reliable internet connectivity.
