Inside Sales Specialist - Life ScienceLocation: Remote (India)Salary: 660000 INR per annumAssay Genie is seeking a full time, Inside Sales Specialist (Remote) to join the sales team.Working closely with the Sales Team Lead, the primary responsibilities are lead generation and actively nurturing deals through the pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets. The role also involves using best-in-class digital sales tools to generate sales leads for account managers. Duties and responsibilitiesDevelop leads using best-in-class sales toolsManage and grow in-bound sales leadsTriage in-bound sales leads as part of the sales team and actively manage leads through the sales process.



Converting sales leads generated from business development activities in a timely and efficient mannerActively prospect for new leads using in-house digital toolsManage digital outreach processes including maintaining and updating CRMUtilize digital outreach strategies to prospect for customers in key territories for account managersAdhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Follow Assay Genie procedures and policiesExpectationsInitiative and proactivity to convert in-bound leads to sales in a timely mannerThat performance is achieved via tracked KPIs to meet the goals as set out by your manager All other tasks be performed according to internal company standardsQualificationsA minimum of BA/BSc in a Life Science is requiredAt least 1 year sales experience a big plusCompetencies Possesses a high degree of customer service orientationExcellent communication skillsBe able to work in a team environmentIs goal–oriented, is committed and has a strong desire for successQualifies proposals & quotes, and possesses excellent negotiating skillsStrong self confidenceGood judgement and decision-making skills
