The company values a cooperative approach and a personal touch in every project.Role Description The Interior Sales Manager – Immediate Joiner will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for home interior projects in an on-site role based in Bengaluru. This full-time position involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their design needs and budgets, presenting design solutions and proposals, and converting leads into confirmed projects. The role includes coordinating with the design and execution teams to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated and timelines are met. The Interior Sales Manager will follow up on inquiries,



maintain strong client relationships, manage project documentation, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves achieving sales targets, reporting on sales performance, and contributing to process improvements in the sales and client onboarding journey.QualificationsStrong sales, negotiation, and closing skills in the interior design or related industry.Ability to understand client requirements, interpret design concepts, and present suitable interior solutions.Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior projectsGenerate leads through architects, builders, consultants, corporate offices, and referencesConduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussionsPresent company profile, materials, and design solutions to prospective clientsCoordinate with design and execution teams for proposals and estimationsPrepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close dealsMaintain regular follow-ups and relationship management with clientsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsTrack market trends, competitors, and new projects in the region
