We’re looking for a Client Servicing Manager to own client relationships and drive projects from brief to execution and closure.
What You’ll Do
- Manage client relationships and act as the key SPOC.
- Translate client briefs into clear internal action points.
- Lead projects across planning, creative, production & execution.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and client expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless execution.
- Handle on-ground client servicing during events.
- Drive post-event closure, reviews, and account documentation.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client accounts.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in Events / Experiential / Advertising / Client Servicing
- Excellent communication & client management skills
- Solid project management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset
