Key Account Manager We're looking for an Enterprise Key Account Manager who can farm, expand, and strengthen high-value accounts through consultative, insight-led engagement. What You'll Own Build strong relationships with CXOs, Finance Heads, and enterprise stakeholders Understand client workflows and position CreditSea as a strategic partner Drive upsell and cross-sell through value-led conversations Create business cases, ROI narratives, and expansion proposals Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with data-backed insights Manage renewals, negotiations, and long-term account growth Turn satisfied customers into advocates and referral partners Requirements ~0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome); prior internship or work experience in strategy, business development, consulting,
or fintech/BFSI is a plus ~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field ~ Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and financial basics ~ Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with external stakeholders ~ Working proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides Advantages Own and grow strategic enterprise relationships High visibility role with direct leadership interaction Real impact on revenue growth Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (on-site) Experience: 0–2 years CTC: ₹4 – 7 LPA Function: Account Managemen t
