We invest in structured clinical protocols, continuous professional development, and a performance-linked compensation model that rewards clinical productivity.Role Overview The Resident Associate Dentist is a purely clinical role responsible for delivering comprehensive general dental care — diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of procedures within BDS scope of practice. You will manage your own chair independently, handle a full daily patient load, and work alongside in-house MDS specialists across 8 specialty departments for complex case referrals.Key Responsibilities Conduct dental examinations, interpret diagnostic tests and radiographs, and prepare accurate treatment plansPerform restorative treatments, extractions, scaling and prophylaxis, basic endodontic procedures (within competency), and preventive carePresent treatment plans clearly to patients, explain options at different price points,



and counsel on oral hygiene and preventive careIdentify cases requiring specialist care and refer to in-house MDS specialists with a proper clinical handoffComplete all clinical documentation, consent forms, and treatment notes in the practice management software on the same day of treatmentMaintain strict sterilization, infection control, and biomedical waste protocols in the operatoryRespond to post-treatment patient follow-up queries within the same business dayAdhere to established clinical protocols and coordinate with the Clinic In-Charge and clinical team for smooth patient flowMandatory Qualifications BDS degree from a DCI-recognized institutionValid registration with the State Dental CouncilMinimum 5 years of post-internship clinical experience as an associate or general dentist in a clinical practice settingDemonstrated independent proficiency in restorations, extractions, scaling, and basic endodonticsStrong diagnostic and treatment planning ability with disciplined record-keepingExcellent patient communication skills — ability to explain treatment options and build patient trustCommitment to infection control standards, patient safety, and ethical professional practiceWillingness to work full-time on-site with a rotational weekly off (clinics operate through the week, including weekends)Preferred Experience in an organized dental chain or multi-chair clinic environmentTrack record of identifying and converting specialist referral casesFamiliarity with digital practice management / clinical documentation softwareWhat We Offer Fixed monthly salary plus uncapped treatment-linked incentive and specialist referral incentivePerformance bonus linked to clear, transparent monthly targetsStructured clinical protocols, in-house MDS specialist support, and continuous learning environmentClear career progression path: Associate Dentist → Senior Associate → Clinic In-ChargeTo apply, share your updated CV with details of your clinical experience, procedures independently handled, and current/expected compensation.
