About the Job:Role Title : Senior Project ControllerExperience : 8-12 yearsLocation : BangaloreEducation : B.Tech Civil or Mechanical Engineering / MBA / M.Tech / PGDM in Project Management / Construction ManagementJob Description :Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost baselines and financial reportsMonitor project costs, schedules, and performance metrics to identify variances and potential risksPerform cost variance and trend analysis and recommend corrective actionsCollaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial planning and reportingEnsure accurate and timely cost, progress, and forecast reportingSupport or integrate project schedules using MS Project / Primavera P6Monitor progress against planned milestones and deliverablesPerform Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and performance metricsMaintain Estimate-to-complete and estimate-at-completion (EAC) forecastsTrack changes, variations, and claims and assess financial impactsProject invoicing based on resources, materials etc. using ERP (Maconomy, SAP, Ecosys etc.).Implement and maintain project control systems, tools, and best practicesAnalyze project data to provide insights and recommendations for improving project efficiency and profitabilityPrepare monthly project reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management and stakeholdersImprove reporting efficiency through analytics and automation using tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate,
