B&A; Design Studio is a multidisciplinary architecture and interior design practice driven by thoughtful design, functionality, detailing, and quality execution. Our work spans residential, commercial, retail, and design-led spaces, with every project shaped through close collaboration between designers, clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams.

As we strengthen our presence in Mumbai , we are looking for designers who bring together creativity, technical understanding, and a strong sense of responsibility towards every stage of a project.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space-planning solutions.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and client presentation materials.
- Understand client requirements and confidently present design proposals.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, décor, and other design elements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.




- Review working drawings and maintain design and technical accuracy.
- Conduct site visits to monitor execution, detailing, progress, and quality.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Contribute to design discussions and collaborate with junior and senior team members.
- Ensure projects meet B&A; Design Studio’s standards for design, detailing, functionality, and execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture .
- 2–5 years of professional experience in residential and/or commercial interiors.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and construction detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Lumion, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office .
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Good problem-solving, project coordination, and time-management abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on luxury residential and commercial interiors .
- Understanding of BOQ, estimation, material specifications, and vendor management .
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- A robust eye for detail, materiality, proportion, and execution quality.
