We treat our specialists as clinical partners — with a steady referral case flow from our network of general dentists, centralized implant inventory support, and a transparent, performance-linked compensation model.Role Overview As Resident Periodontist & Implantologist, you will own the periodontics and implantology caseload across our clinic network. Specialist cases are identified and referred to you by our associate dentists across all clinics, giving you a consistent surgical case flow without having to build your own patient base. You will handle cases end-to-end — from diagnosis and surgical planning through placement, prosthetic coordination, and long-term maintenance.Key Responsibilities PeriodonticsDiagnose and manage the full spectrum of periodontal disease — non-surgical therapy, flap surgeries, crown lengthening,



mucogingival and regenerative proceduresDesign and run periodontal maintenance programs for treated patientsImplantologyComplete implant workflow: case assessment, CBCT-based treatment planning, surgical placement, second-stage surgery, and post-placement reviewCoordinate the prosthetic phase with the in-house prosthodontic teamManage peri-implant complications, including peri-implantitisClinical CollaborationReview referred cases with associate dentists and confirm specialist treatment plansPresent treatment plans and options clearly to patients, including staged and financial considerationsGuide the general dentist team on periodontal case identification and referral qualityComplete all clinical documentation, consent forms, and surgical notes in the practice management software on the same day of treatmentMaintain strict surgical asepsis, sterilization, and biomedical waste protocolsMandatory Qualifications MDS in Periodontology (or Periodontics & Implantology)
