The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital design, branding, and performance creatives, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple clients.Key Responsibilities● Design high-quality creatives for social media posts, ads, stories, banners, and campaigns● Create visually engaging designs aligned with content calendars and marketing objectives● Develop performance-driven creatives for paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.)● Maintain brand consistency across all client accounts● Collaborate with content, performance, and strategy teams● Make basic video edits,



reels, and motion creatives when required● Revise creatives based on client and internal feedbackRequired Skills● Strong command over Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator● Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing tools● Understanding of social media formats, ad sizes, and digital trends● Positive sense of typography, color, and layoutPreferred Qualifications● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field● 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency● Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines● Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindsetAdditional Information● Immediate joiners preferred● Candidates must carry their own laptopApply to - [email protected]
