If you're strong in even a couple of these areas and genuinely curious about the rest, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Video Storyteller & Content Producer who can own a project end-to-end — from the first storyboard sketch to the final export. You'll work closely with the marketing and content team to bring campus stories, campaigns, and brand initiatives to life through video, across formats like social content, brand films, event coverage, and course promos.This role suits someone who's curious across the board — happy to pick up a camera, sit in on an edit, or help plan a shoot — even if you're still building depth in some of these areas.Key ResponsibilitiesStoryboarding & ScriptingTranslate briefs and concepts into transparent storyboards and shot listsWrite and refine scripts for videos, reels, and campaign content, adapting tone for different audiences and platformsCollaborate with the content team to align video narratives with brand voice and messagingShoot Planning & ProductionPlan shoots end-to-end: locations, equipment, talent coordination, permissions, and schedulesOperate camera, lighting,



and audio equipment on setManage on-location logistics and troubleshoot in real timeCoordinate with faculty, students, and external stakeholders during shootsEditing & Post-ProductionEdit raw footage into polished videos for social media, web, events, and internal useHandle color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitling as neededManage version control and turnaround timelines across multiple projectsOptimize final cuts for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, web)What We're Looking ForYou don't need to check every box — a mix of these is great, and we're happy to help you build the rest.0–2 years of experience in video production (agency, in-house, or freelance); freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to applyProficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve)Working knowledge of camera and lighting equipmentStrong scriptwriting and visual storytelling skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines independentlyA portfolio/reel demonstrating range across formatsGood to HaveExperience with motion graphics (After Effects)Familiarity with short-form/social-first content trendsExperience producing content in an education, campus, or youth-brand environmentWhat You'll GetOwnership of projects from concept to final cutExposure to a wide range of formats — brand films, event coverage, digital campaigns, course contentA collaborative, fast-moving marketing team
