The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, understand branding, and be comfortable using both traditional creative software and modern AI-powered design and content creation tools.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic DesignCreate engaging social media posts, reels covers, banners, catalogues, brochures, advertisements, and marketing creatives.Design creative content while maintaining brand guidelines and visual consistency.Develop innovative concepts for product promotions, campaigns, launches, and festive occasions.Edit and enhance product images, lifestyle visuals, and marketing assets.Prepare high-quality designs for both digital and print applications.Video EditingEdit Instagram Reels, promotional videos, product videos, advertisements, and brand videos.Create engaging short-form content with strong pacing, transitions, text animations, music, and effects.Add motion graphics, typography, sound effects, subtitles, and visual effects where required.Convert raw footage into polished, engaging,



and platform-ready content.Understand current social media trends and create content accordingly.Required Software SkillsMust Have:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe Premiere ProAdobe After EffectsCanvaAI Tools:Strong understanding of AI-powered creative tools for image generation, video creation, background replacement, image enhancement, ideation, and content production.Ability to explore and adopt new AI tools to improve creative quality and production speed.Experience with AI-assisted workflows is highly preferred.Requirements1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing.Strong knowledge of composition, typography, colour, layout, and visual storytelling.Good understanding of social media formats and trends.Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new creative styles.Positive communication and teamwork skills.A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work is required.Preferred SkillsMotion graphics and basic animationProduct photography/video editingSocial media creative strategyBasic understanding of brandingAI-assisted creative workflowsAbility to create premium, modern, and visually appealing marketing contentWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is not just a software operator, but a creative problem solver who can take an idea from concept to final design/video.
