We are an early-stage startup dedicated to development and mental health of children . Our mission is to support parents and children through structured, evidence-based developmental programs. We are looking for an empathetic and persuasive Education Counsellor to connect with parents, guide them through our child development programs, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. Connect with parents over phone and in-person calls to explain our mental health and child development programs. Education: Any Graduate degree. Experience: 2+ years of experience in phone and in-person counselling , admissions, or educational sales. Prior experience or background in education, counselling, or early childhood development (strongly preferred). Language Skills: Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
