Job Description

We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, working with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of problems through to resolution. What we’re looking for : • 1–2 years of relevant experience • Mandatory hands-on experience in Product Support / Technical Support • Strong hands-on experience with Linux • Experience with Search and log analysis tools such as Splunk, Kibana, or similar tools • Hands-on experience with Cloud Observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, or similar tools • Positive understanding of ITIL and production support processes, including incident management, support procedures, escalations, and product release procedures. • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 support setting • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, infrastructure,



and other teams • Strong ownership of technical issues from inception through closure • Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to troubleshoot, investigate, identify root causes, and drive issues to resolution Preferred : • Bangalore-based candidates • Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build strong expertise in product support, production environments, troubleshooting, cloud technologies, observability, and technical problem-solving.
